• Taking-up responsibility for end to end closing of customer accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements: Excellent negotiation skills & Strong decision-making abilities

Experience: 4-7 years in Real estate

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring its smooth functioning and meeting the needs of its occupants. This includes managing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property, as well as overseeing services like cleaning, security, and housekeeping.

1. Should have 4 to 6 relevant Experience
2. Any Graduate
3. Must be fluent in Telugu English & Hindi
