In the process of buying any property, People choose the area  where the right infrastructure facilities are present. Infrastructure facilities help people to live a comfortable life. It is important to have a comprehensive check on the presence of sound infrastructure and its growth in the near future before shortlisting any property in a particular area.

 

The infrastructure can be classified into three categories.

Availability of Decent Roads to these facilities fall under the Transportation Infrastructure. The Biggest advantage of Hyderabad compared to all other metro cities in India is that Metro Rail Network is among the top 10 longest metro rail networks in the world. Well developed localities and gated communities with good parking facilities and wide roads are to be preferred first while buying properties as properties in these areas fetch you the highest Returns on Investments.

Social infrastructure: Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Office Spaces, Shopping malls, Multiplexes, Parks and Community Centers fall under the Social Infrastructure. As per a survey conducted by Harvard university on its alumni, People who live near to their offices are happier than others as they spend less time in traffic and spend more time with the family. Hospitals for medical care and schools and colleges for education are very essential part of every day lives. Proximity to Shopping Malls and Multiplexes help  people spend Quality time during the weekends.

 

Future of Infrastructure and upcoming developments in the locality must also be considered before buying a property. As mentioned above, weigh all the options at hand and think twice on the requirements before buying a property.
